Pop-up store agency management: design and temporary commercial spaces

As a pop-up store agency, we manage the full lifecycle of a temporary retail project under one roof — not just design. Pop-up stores, corners inside department stores, and shopping-center activations call for a different kind of management than a trade show: very short installation windows, a high finish standard since customers interact with the space up close, and usually the need to reuse the structure across several locations.

Why choose us

In-house production, in-store too.

In-house carpentry for retail

We build custom furniture, displays, and structures in our own workshop, with the same quality control we apply to booths and BTL activations.

Fast in-store installation

Temporary retail demands very short installation windows. Producing and installing with the same team cuts turnaround compared with relying on multiple subcontractors.

Structures built to be reused

We design POP displays and pop-up stores that hold up to daily use and can be replicated across multiple stores or locations without losing finish quality.

Real international presence

Production in Spain, the United States, Poland, El Salvador, and Colombia, to keep the same standard when a retail project is replicated across countries.

Design built to drive footfall

Every retail piece is designed to combine visual impact with real commercial function: drawing in customers and making conversion easier at the point of sale.

FAQ

Everything about retail and pop-up.

How long does it take to install a pop-up store?

It depends on size and location, but building in our own workshop lets us tighten production and installation timelines better than relying on multiple subcontractors.

Can you replicate the same design across multiple stores or countries?

Yes. With our own workshops in Spain, the United States, Poland, El Salvador, and Colombia, we can produce the same retail design across locations while keeping the same finish standard.

Do you also handle storefront maintenance or seasonal refreshes?

Yes, we design storefront pieces to be easy to maintain and refresh by season, without losing consistency with the brand’s visual identity.

What’s the difference between a pop-up store and a corner?

A pop-up store is a standalone, temporary commercial space, while a corner is a branded space inside an existing department store or shopping center.

Do you also design POP displays for the point of sale?

Yes, we design and build custom displays, sales furniture, and signage as part of the retail project.

Customer journey

In a temporary store, customers decide in just a few steps whether to enter, browse, or buy. We design the path from storefront to checkout with that short journey in mind: what product is seen first, where the eye lingers, and how to reach the till without friction — very different from planning circulation for a trade show booth built for longer meetings.

Product presentation

Furniture and lighting in a retail space serve one purpose: making the product look better than it would on a standard shelf. We work heights, materials, and light points specific to each product category, whether fashion, tech, or food.

Durability and maintenance

Unlike a booth that comes down after a few days, a corner or pop-up can see daily use for weeks or months. We choose materials and finishes that withstand constant handling from the public and store staff, and design pieces that are easy to clean and repair without rebuilding the whole structure.

Replicability

When the same retail design is installed across several stores or countries, we document the project so it can be reproduced to the same finish standard at every location, whether from our workshop in Spain or our production in the United States, Poland, El Salvador, or Colombia.

Seasonal campaigns

Storefronts and retail spaces change with every campaign — sales, Christmas, seasonal launches — which calls for pieces designed from the start to be refreshed without starting from scratch each time. We design reusable base structures onto which graphics and dressing can change per campaign.

Installation outside business hours

Most in-store installs happen overnight or before opening, to avoid disrupting trading. We plan installation and material transport around that tight window, with teams that know the real timelines for fitting out a point of sale.

Adaptation to shopping centers and department stores

A corner inside a shopping center or department store has footprint, height, and access limits that don't exist in a standalone store, plus installation hours coordinated with the center itself. We design within those limits from the first sketch, not as an afterthought.

Serial POP production

When a client needs the same display or sales fixture in dozens of stores, we produce in series in our own workshop, keeping the same finish on every unit, within the manufacturing timelines that large-scale POP distribution demands.
