BTL activations and brand experiences.
We design and produce BTL activations and experiential marketing: actions that take the brand out of conventional advertising space and into the street, a shopping center, or an event, to generate real interaction with the audience.

What is a BTL activation, and when does it make sense
BTL (below the line) covers every marketing action that doesn't run through conventional mass media: street activations, sampling, brand experiences in shopping centers, campus or sporting-event actions, temporary installations in high-foot-traffic locations. It's the right tool when the goal isn't just visibility, but generating memorable interaction and real conversation around the brand.
Why choose us
In-house production, beyond the show floor too.
In-house carpentry for street and retail spaces
The same structures, materials, and finishes we use for trade show booths, adapted for temporary installations in urban settings and shopping centers.
Permits and off-hours installation, handled
Street activations require municipal permits and overnight installs. Our team manages that whole process, including coordination with the site.
Activation staff included
We also coordinate hostesses, promoters, and street crew when the action calls for it — no need to hire additional suppliers.
Real international presence
We coordinate simultaneous activations in Spain, the United States, Poland, El Salvador, and Colombia under the same quality standard.
Strategy before execution
The process starts by defining what you want to achieve, in which city, and in what format it makes sense to reach that audience — before designing the experience.

FAQ
Everything about BTL activations.
What’s the difference between a BTL activation and a trade show booth?
A trade show booth lives inside an exhibition venue for the days of the event. A BTL activation happens in the street, a shopping center, or any high-traffic space, independent of a trade show calendar.
Do you handle municipal permits for street activations?
Yes, handling municipal permits and coordinating with the site are part of the service whenever an activation takes place on public land.
Can you also provide hostesses or activation staff?
Yes, we coordinate hostesses, promoters, and street crew as part of running the activation, so you don’t need to hire a separate supplier.
Which cities do you run BTL activations in?
We work in Spain and in every other market where we have in-house production: the United States, Poland, El Salvador, and Colombia — which lets us coordinate activations across countries under the same quality standard.
How much time is needed to install a street activation?
Street installation is usually done within a very tight window, typically overnight, to minimize the impact on foot traffic and comply with municipal permits.
Strategic design of the activation
Before drawing anything, we define what needs to happen in the consumer's mind: recognizing the brand, understanding a new promise, or simply stopping to interact. That strategic call — what message, what behavior we want to prompt, and what counts as success — shapes the format, duration, and location of the activation before design even starts.
User experience
A street activation is won or lost in seconds: passersby decide whether to approach or keep walking in the time it takes to cross in front of the installation. We design the journey — what's seen first, what invites people in, how long the interaction lasts, and how the visitor is sent off — so the experience works with real foot traffic, not the controlled conditions of a trade show booth.
Location selection
The same activation format performs very differently in a plaza, a shopping center, or the entrance to a university campus. We analyze foot-traffic patterns, visibility from different angles, and the constraints specific to each type of location before proposing where to install the action.
Production for public spaces
Building in the street isn't the same as building inside an exhibition hall: structures need to be anchored safely on urban pavement, wind and rain need to be accounted for, and municipal regulations on public-space occupation need to be met. We produce with those conditions in mind from the first sketch, not as an afterthought.
Interaction, sampling, and lead capture
We design the physical point of contact with the product — a tasting area, a photo wall, a game mechanic — alongside whatever data-capture or social-tracking flow the brand wants to run, so the interaction leaves behind more than a one-off memory.
Measuring results
Before installation, we agree with the client on what will be measured: impressions, interactions, samples handed out, leads captured, or social mentions. That metric drives concrete design decisions, like where to place a sign-up point or how long the interaction needs to last for the data to be meaningful.
Simultaneous or touring activations
When a campaign runs across several cities or countries at once — like Mango's booth touring London, Paris, Milan, Barcelona, and Madrid — we coordinate production so the experience is identical at every stop, with an installation and transport schedule that fits each store's or venue's calendar.
