IFEMA MADRID is Spain's flagship exhibition venue: 240,000 m² across 13 halls, 85 meeting rooms, and two congress centers. This year it will host more than 72 trade shows, including FITUR, ARCO, TECMA, SIMA, MATELEC, Madrid Games Week, Fruit Attraction, and FEINDEF.

Not all halls are equal, and that shapes booth design. Halls 6, 8, and 10 have the venue's highest clear height — up to 15 meters — allowing double-height structures and suspended graphics; other halls have floor-load, installation-access, or water-supply restrictions that need to be known before designing, not after.

Solucionic is an approved contractor for booth design and installation at IFEMA Madrid, meaning we're one of the few companies that know the venue's technical regulations, installation and dismantling deadlines, and each show's safety criteria firsthand. With our own carpentry workshop, we produce on-site without depending on third parties or transport schedules that squeeze installation time.

Approval

Being an approved contractor means IFEMA has already validated our technical and safety procedures, which speeds up access paperwork and avoids the extra reviews that non-approved suppliers face.

Regulations

Each hall has its own floor-load, maximum height, and fire-resistance regulations for materials. We design knowing those limits in advance, instead of discovering them during the technical review before installation.

Access

Loading hours, available docks, and internal routes vary by hall and show. We coordinate installation logistics around those conditions from the planning stage, not on the day materials arrive.

Local response capacity

With a workshop near the venue, we can resolve last-minute adjustments or installation issues in hours, not days — especially relevant at shows with very tight installation windows.
