Fruit Attraction is the world's leading fruit and vegetable trade show. Each edition is held at IFEMA Madrid, occupying more than 78,000 m² across ten halls, with more than 2,400 participating companies and exhibitors from around a hundred countries, organized into four areas: Fresh Produce, Auxiliary Industry, Fresh Food Logistics, and Innova&Tech.

It's a very direct business show: most of the traffic is professional buyers — retail, importers, wholesalers — walking entire halls looking for suppliers. In that context, a booth has to solve two things at once: stand out visually in a hall with hundreds of similar exhibitors, and enable agile business meetings, with tasting areas, cold rooms, or refrigerated spaces depending on the product, and a layout built for buyers working a tight agenda.

Fruit and vegetables need lighting and layout designed to keep the product looking appealing throughout all three days of the show, not just in the catalogue photo.

Storage & refrigeration

Many booths need cold rooms or refrigerated display cases built into the structure, with electrical installation sized for continuous consumption for the full show.

Tasting areas

Tasting zones require hygienic work surfaces, a water point, and circulation space to avoid creating bottlenecks against the rest of the booth.

Foodservice

When the booth includes a catering area or showcooking, we coordinate gas or induction installation, smoke extraction, and the venue's food-safety regulations.
