FEINDEF, Spain's International Defence and Security Fair, is held every two years at IFEMA Madrid with the backing of the Ministry of Defence. The next edition is expected to top 63,000 professional visitors, close to 90,000 m² of exhibition space, 800 exhibitors — 300 of them international — and 100 official delegations, making it the largest edition to date.
It's a sector with requirements few shows share: strict access control and accreditation, security protocols for displaying certain kinds of equipment, official delegations and accredited press on site, and a level of rigor in product presentation — from defense systems to dual-use technology — where there's no room for visual or technical improvisation.
Solucionic fully understands what a defense and security trade show requires, and has already worked at FEINDEF with companies like AERTEC, Wiska, and Powertime, applying the same discipline to every project: direct control from start to finish, in-house production, and close coordination with the venue's and show's security and protocol requirements. As an approved contractor at IFEMA Madrid, we know the venue's technical conditions for this kind of event in advance.
What sets a FEINDEF booth apart.
Security & protocol
Access to defense halls requires prior accreditation and security checks that shape installation hours, material entry, and on-site staff presence. We plan production around that calendar from day one.
Equipment display
Defense systems, scale models, and dual-use technology require structural supports sized to their real weight, with certified anchoring and, in many cases, restrictions on what can be openly photographed or exhibited.
Official delegations
Delegations and accredited press require reception areas separate from the commercial floor, with controlled circulation and meeting rooms finished to an institutional standard.
Institutional zones
Many exhibitors combine an open exhibition area with a closed protocol space. We design both as one coherent whole, not as two separate booths joined together at the last minute.
