MWC Barcelona is the world's largest connectivity and mobile technology event. Each edition brings together more than 2,900 exhibitors, close to 1,700 speakers, and around 105,000 expected attendees. It's probably the most visually competitive show on the entire European trade show calendar: hundreds of tech brands — from global carriers to startups — competing for the same visitor's attention in the same aisle.
At an event this scale, a booth has to do two things at once: communicate the tech proposition clearly within seconds, and hold that level of production through four days of heavy traffic without technical failure. Installation windows at Gran Via are tight and coordination with the venue is strict, leaving little room for planning errors.
Solucionic designs booths for MWC by starting with the business goal — generating qualified meetings, presenting product, reinforcing the brand for investors or media — and only then the production, which we execute with our own workshop and direct project control. Our strategy, creative, and technical teams work together from the concept stage, avoiding the disconnect between a brilliant idea on paper and what's actually feasible to install within MWC's timeframe.
What sets an MWC booth apart.
Technology demos
Most exhibitors need to show product actually working, not just imagery: integrated screens, structured cabling, and network points sized for live demos across four days of show floor without technical failure.
Audiovisual
Large-format screens, looping content, and directional sound compete for attention in the same aisle as dozens of other brands. We integrate the audiovisual solution into the structural design from the first sketch, not as an afterthought.
Meeting zones
Much of MWC's value closes in private meetings with investors, media, or potential clients. We design glazed or acoustically isolated rooms inside the booth itself, without eating into exhibition floor space.
High visual competition
With hundreds of tech booths competing for the same visitor, we work materials, lighting, and scale so the brand registers in seconds, even from the opposite aisle.
