Booths for Routes.

Routes is the world's leading air route development event, where airlines, airports, and tourism authorities meet to close connectivity deals. Unlike a show with a fixed venue, Routes moves city every edition: Routes World is held in Frankfurt, and Routes Americas 2027 will take place in Puerto Rico. Each regional edition — Routes Europe, Routes Americas, Routes Asia, World Routes — changes country and venue.

That itinerant nature is precisely the event's central logistical challenge: an exhibitor can't rely on a different local supplier every year, and needs a partner able to replicate the same level of design and production quality regardless of whether the show is held in Germany, Puerto Rico, or any other future venue. The audience, too, is very specific: airline executives, airport managers, and tourism promotion officials, which calls for a booth with a more institutional, strategic-meeting register than direct public sales.

Solucionic's global execution — with on-site coordination and our own carpentry workshops in Europe, LATAM, and the USA — fits directly with this need: the same strategy, design, and production team guaranteeing brand consistency venue after venue, without having to rebuild the relationship with a new supplier every year. AENA, among our clients, is exactly the kind of organization for which this continuity matters most.

What sets a Routes booth apart.

Institutional meetings

Routes runs on closed, back-to-back meetings between airports and airlines, not mass visitor traffic. We design booths with several simultaneous meeting tables and quick transitions between one appointment and the next.

Airport delegations

Each delegation arrives with its own negotiation agenda. The booth needs to project solid institutional identity without feeling intimidating for a first commercial contact.

Continuity across venues

Since the event moves city every edition, we replicate the same level of design and production at any venue — Europe, the Americas, or Asia — with the same project team from start to finish.

International logistics

Working with in-house workshops across continents lets us produce close to the final destination, cutting transport time and customs risk versus shipping the booth from a single origin.
