Objective
Bring to life “Every message is a story,” a Mango holiday activation inviting customers to record a personalized voice message to gift alongside their purchase.
Process
We designed and produced a touring soundproof booth with signage, a touchscreen, and a physical gift card, built to install in stores across Paris, London, Milan, Madrid, and Barcelona.
Result
A consistent touring experience across five cities that strengthens Mango's emotional connection with its customers during the holiday campaign.
