AERTEC.

Objective

AERTEC needed to showcase three distinct business areas —aerospace, defense, and infrastructure— in the same space, for a technical and institutional audience that values engineering credibility over visual effect, and to reserve a closed area for meetings with official delegations without interrupting visitor flow through the exhibition zone.

Process

We organized the 96 m² into three independent graphic modules, one per business area, around a central reception core, with the glazed meeting room placed in the corner farthest from the main walkway so conversations with delegations weren't interrupted by visitor traffic. The key technical decision was treating each module as an independent carpentry unit that could be disassembled separately, which simplified installation within the access time window FEINDEF requires for security and accreditation control.

Result

A booth that let visitors identify within seconds which of AERTEC's three business areas interested them, and let the company hold institutional meetings without friction with the hall's general visitor flow.
