The BEC (Bilbao Exhibition Centre) has 250,000 m² of total space: 150,000 m² covered, spread across six column-free halls, plus 100,000 m² outdoors. It hosts leading industrial trade shows such as the Spanish Machine Tool Biennial (BIEMH) and Ferroforma, along with established events like Addit3d, BeDIGITAL, Egurtek, and Workinn.
The BEC's show profile — heavily focused on industry, machinery, and B2B technology — calls for booths built to display large-format physical product, with robust structures, strong load capacity, and often specific technical installations (three-phase electricity, anchoring, demo areas). Column-free halls give design freedom, but also demand a well-calculated project from the start: in venues this size, improvising during installation gets expensive.
Solucionic designs, produces, and installs industrial and corporate booths with the same team from start to finish, avoiding the usual disconnect between whoever designs the concept and whoever executes it on-site. Our experience coordinating installations outside Madrid — including international execution across Europe, LATAM, and the Middle East — lets us manage the logistics of moving materials and teams to Bilbao without it costing us deadlines or final quality.
